The mighty Audi Q7 has limited off road capability but it can do pretty much anything else you ask of it. It’s a superb cruiser, great people carrier and accomplished tow car, and is very desirable. It is such a big car that running costs are on the higher end with lot of insurance, tyres and servicing but it is definitely worth making sacrifices for. If you agree that size matters that this big SUV is one of the biggest and most imposing cars on the road. The Q7 is outstandingly built, with lots of gadgets and excellent to drive. In 2008 Q7 introduced the world’s most powerful diesel; the 6.0 litre V12 TDI delivering 493bhp. Consumption was cut further by the addition of an eight-speed auto as standard a year later. The 3.0-litre TDI 204, available from February 2012, was even cleaner. [gallery ids="4106,4107,4108,4090"]
